Technical Issues or Errors
If you purchase reports or Content from Minot Reports and are unable to access such reports, you must contact Minot Reports for assistance within thirty (30) days of these technical issues. Minot Reports will make its best efforts to make the reports or Content available to you, within the limitations of the law and technical capabilities of your country.
Any material, information, or other communication you transmit to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary communications. Minot Reports has no obligations with respect to such communications. Minot Reports and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
